National Major Officials Update – Freestyle Canada
Freestyle Canada is excited to invite all Canada Cup, National Championship and NorAm organizers and major officials to our National Major Officials Update, Level 3 on November 22nd online.

The goal here is to create consistency across our events and to make sure we all understand the purpose of every level of events in the long-term athletes’ development. The first part of this online meeting will be more of a presentation and review of the new event pathway structure, Judges and Officials event handbook, FC – LOC tool kit and overview of the changes/updates of the Canada Cup & NorAm Cup.
The second part of the meeting will be more interactive, we will split into groups to analyze different scenarios around Jury Decisions. We will have experienced officials to lead the groups and help officials to navigate between the different rule books and guidelines to apply on tangible and realistic situations that may occur during the course of a Freestyle competition.
We are expecting each Canada Cup, National Championships and NorAm organizers to attend this update (chair person, chief of competition, TDs and Head Judges). Although the assignment are not completely done, any officials or Judges that have interest in one of our events is welcomed.
