September 20 Red Deer Water Ramp, 21-22 Winsport  2019 saturday/sunday 9:30 am to 5 pm, Facilitated by Jeremy Cooper. Bring comfortable athletic wear, socks and water bottle.

All candidates entering this workshop must be Club Coach Trained, Air 1 and Air 2 Trained. Air 3 covers skills in the Air Bag and Water Ramp environments. Skills are broken down into 2 levels which are directly transferred from the Air 1 and Air 2 modules – trampoline / acrobatics skills. ! Air 3A: Back Tuck, Front Tuck, Cork7 ! Air 3B: all other single inverts and off axis tricks with spins.

Cost is $400 for FC members. $450 for gymnasts or snowboarders.
