2026 Alberta Winter Games Qualifier

Athletes aged 11-15 are encouraged to join us at Canyon Ski Area for the Alberta Winter Games Qualifier. This event will qualify athletes in their zones to attend the Alberta Winter Games February 13-16 in Cold Lake, AB.
This event is a qualifier for the AWG and is also designated as a Club Comp event. Priority is given to the eligible aged athletes first, then opened up for all ages.
Athlete Registration (age restrictions have been lifted December 1st)
REGISTRATIONAll athletes must be between 11 and 16 years old to qualify for the Alberta Games, which is the minimum age requirement for all sports. Participants need to be 11 by February 13 and must not turn 17 during any of the four days of the event.
