The EmpowerHer Summit is a transformative event dedicated to exploring the often-overlooked skills that shape the unique journey of female athletes. Focused on the unquantifiable aspects of performance—such as confidence, emotions, fear, identity, and decision-making—the summit aims to create awareness of their significant impact on goal setting, continuous improvement, and enjoyment of sport.

Through interactive workshops, keynote speakers, and roundtable discussions, participants will gain self-awareness and practical tools to overcome adversity, strengthen their love of sport, and achieve sustainable performance in both life and athletics.

Coaches and parents are encouraged to attend and engage, with certified coaches earning 3+ professional development points. Held at Winsport and proudly endorsed by Freestyle Alberta, this inspiring summit is a must for anyone invested in supporting female athletes on their journey to success.
