EVENT WAIVER ( mandatory) 

All Athletes/Coaches/Volunteers are required to fill out the WinSport Event Waiver. CLICK HERE

ATHLETE / COACH LIFT TICKETS

ALL Athletes and Coaches are required to have a lift ticket for each day of competition. WinSport will verify that the event waiver has been completed before issuing lift tickets.  Through the online link please select the days that you require your lift tickets. Lift tickets are available from a range of January 20-25.

COACHES:

Please be aware that WinSport has a firm policy on helmets in the terrain park at any point when your skis are on. Also remind athletes that there is a firm policy on chair lift safety bars being down.

***RACE OFFICE LOCATION: Due to the new day lodge construction our race office and event headquarters has been moved to the Festival Tent. This is a large, private indoor space where athletes, coaches/parents/ volunteers can make their home during the competition. This is the location for the BIB PICKUP/Check in.  Space be used as a warm up space for athletes, meeting locations and bag drop off. Location parking is available. Festival Tent does not have food and beverage services.

Refunds:

Full refunds are available up until the first Team Leaders meeting.

Any refund requested after the first team leaders meeting but before the first phase of competition will be granted a 50% refund.

NO REFUNDS granted after the start of any phase of competition.
